Welcome to Edgekeeper, operated by PT Teratai Kapital Teknologi, a limited liability company incorporated in Indonesia with its registered office at Jl. Tanjung Duren Raya No. 1, Jakarta 11470, Indonesia (the “Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Platform. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data, is published separately at edgekeeper.io/privacy. By creating an account, logging in via Clerk, or using our Service, you agree to all conditions outlined below. For any customer service or legal inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

1. Account Creation and Authentication

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Third-Party Authentication: We use Clerk as our third-party identity management and authentication provider.
• Credentials: To access the Platform, you must log in using the secure authentication methods provided via Clerk. We do not collect, view, or store your account passwords on our servers.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

• Merchant of Record: All order processing, invoicing, subscription management, and global tax compliance are handled exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (“Lemon Squeezy”).
• Legal Seller: Lemon Squeezy is the official legal seller of all software licenses and subscriptions for Edgekeeper. By initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or billing structures at any time. Any changes will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. This does not apply to any discount we have expressly offered as lifetime or permanent: where you subscribed under such an offer, the discounted rate will continue to apply for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

3. Free Trials and No-Refund Policy

• 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a 7-day Free Trial period to evaluate software features. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the expiration of the 7-day trial period, your access to premium features will automatically pause. To maintain access to premium features after the trial ends, you must manually opt to purchase a paid subscription via Lemon Squeezy.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the software and the availability of a 7-day free trial to test the product risk-free, all sales processed by Lemon Squeezy are final. No full, partial, or pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations or unused time within a billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel an active subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy, using the subscription management link included in your purchase confirmation email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future automated renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Edgekeeper strictly for its intended software utilities. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying source code of the Platform, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Service for any unlawful activities or to transmit malicious code.
• Abuse or attempt to bypass the automated limits of your subscription tier.

5. Data Import, Third-Party Services, and Trademarks

• No Broker or Exchange Connection: Edgekeeper does not connect to your broker, prop firm, or exchange account. We do not hold broker credentials or API keys, we do not receive market data feeds, and we cannot view, place, modify, or cancel orders. All trading data enters the Platform only through files that you export from your broker and upload yourself.
• Trademark Attribution: All third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks referred to on the Platform—including but not limited to Tradovate®, Rithmic®, TradingView®, Topstep, TopstepX, and ProjectX—are the property of their respective trademark holders. These names appear solely to identify the export file formats the Platform is able to read. Use of these names does not imply any official affiliation, endorsement, connection, or sponsorship by them.
• Accuracy of Imported Data: All analysis produced by the Platform is derived from the files you upload. We do not control and cannot independently verify the accuracy or completeness of broker-generated exports, and we assume no liability for analysis that is incorrect because the underlying export was incomplete, malformed, or inaccurate.
• Infrastructure Dependencies: The Platform relies on third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, and AI analysis (identified in our Privacy & Cookie Policy). You explicitly agree that We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, trading disruptions, account liquidations, or data errors caused by third-party service outages, rate limits, or system failures.

6. Financial Risk Warning, Non-Advisor, and AI Risk Officer Disclaimer

• Not Financial Advice: Edgekeeper is strictly an educational, behavioral analysis, and operational software utility tool. Edgekeeper is not a financial advisor, registered broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor (CTA). None of the information, tools, metrics, analytics, or layouts provided on the Platform constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.
• AI Risk Officer Behavioral Insights: Edgekeeper utilizes automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to evaluate uploaded user trading logs for behavioral patterns (including, but not limited to, over-trading, martingale sizing, holding running losses, or identifying profitable habits). These insights are entirely algorithmic, non-human, and generative. They are designed solely to assist you in tracking your personal trading discipline.
• No Behavioral Diagnostic Guarantees: AI assessments of past behavioral habits do not guarantee that correcting or repeating those habits will prevent future trading losses or secure future profitability. You acknowledge that AI models can misinterpret trading logs, miss market context, or produce faulty feedback. You agree never to execute live trades or base financial risk management solely on Edgekeeper’s AI observations.
• High Risk of Trading: Financial market trading carries substantial risks and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
• No Liability for Financial Losses: Under no circumstances shall Edgekeeper, its developers, or affiliates be held responsible or liable for any trading losses, damages, or financial costs incurred as a result of using the Platform’s features, AI assessments, behavioral reports, data displays, or system components.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• “As-Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Hypothetical and Performance Enhancements: Any behavioral optimizations, structural insights, or strategy adjustments highlighted by the Platform’s AI tools are strictly informational. Simulated improvements or behavioral corrections do not represent actual live trading records and do not predict future market success.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edgekeeper, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
• Cap on Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is strictly capped at the total amount you paid for the software during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to the software platform must be brought exclusively in the local courts of Indonesia.

9. Customer Support and Communications

• Support Channels: Official customer support for Edgekeeper can be reached by email at [email protected]. We do not provide official support via social media, Discord, or public forums.
• Best-Effort Basis: While we strive to resolve technical issues promptly, customer support is provided on a “best-effort” basis. Edgekeeper does not guarantee immediate response times or real-time troubleshooting for active trading sessions.
• No Professional Advice via Support: Any technical assistance or operational explanations provided to you by our support channel are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, risk management, or trading advice.
• Abuse and Termination: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harassing, or threatening communications. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your support access and your Platform account if you engage in unprofessional conduct toward our operators.

10. Your Content and Ownership

• You Own Your Data: You retain all ownership of the trading data, journal entries, notes, tags and screenshots you upload to or create on the Platform (“Your Content”). Uploading Your Content to Edgekeeper does not transfer ownership of it to us.
• Licence You Grant Us: To operate the Platform for you, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, back up, process, transform and display Your Content, and to send pseudonymous trade data derived from it to our AI provider for the purpose of generating your risk assessments. This licence exists solely so that we can provide the Service to you.
• Aggregated and De-Identified Data: We may create aggregated, de-identified statistics and benchmarks from Your Content — for example instrument-level or cohort performance comparisons — and use them to operate and improve the Platform. Such data is irreversibly stripped of anything identifying you, your account or your individual trades, and cannot be attributed back to you. Because aggregated data cannot be un-aggregated, it survives deletion of Your Content.
• What We Will Not Do: We will not sell, rent or publish Your Content, we will not share it with third parties other than the processors identified in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, we will not use it for marketing, and we will not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
• Ending the Licence: The licence ends when you delete the relevant content or when your account is deleted, except for aggregated data as described above and for copies held in routine encrypted backups, which are overwritten on the schedule described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

11. Term, Suspension and Termination

• Ending Your Use: You may stop using the Platform at any time. To end a paid subscription, cancel as described in Section 3. To have your account and its data deleted, email [email protected]; deletion is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
• When Access Lapses: If your free trial expires, or a paid subscription ends and the period you have already paid for runs out, your account is locked rather than deleted. You lose access to the Platform’s features, but your trading data, journal entries and settings are retained unchanged and become available again in full if you subscribe later.
• No Automatic Deletion: We do not automatically delete accounts for inactivity or non-payment. Your data is retained until you ask us to delete it.
• Our Right to Suspend or Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or engage in the conduct described in Section 9.
• Survival: Sections 6, 7 and 8 survive any termination of your account or of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our business, or applicable law. When we do, we will publish the revised Terms at edgekeeper.io/terms and update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may cancel your subscription as described in Section 3.

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy is published separately at edgekeeper.io/privacy. It explains what data we collect, the processors we share it with, where it is stored, how long it is retained, and the rights you hold over it.
